Cardio & Core
Get your body moving and your blood flowing by doing some cardio while working your core at the same time!

 

 

Abs Class
30 minutes of straight abs! Non-stop exercises that will shape, tone and improve your core.

 

 

Circuit Training
A combination of strength training and cardiovascular activity creates a full body workout. Rotating from weight station to cardio station with no time to rest, this 45 min class will keep you moving and feeling energetic while developing and toning lean muscles.

Boot Camp
A high intensity 45 min workout that exercises your entire body, targeting cardiovascular and muscle groups. Get a good work out in boot camp style, this class will kick your butt!

 

Serious Seniors
Improve function for daily living with a full body functional fitness workout, developing strength, balance, and coordination. All exercises are gentle on the joints designed specifically for ages 50+ and any one new to exercise.

Restorative Yoga
This is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that promotes conscious relaxation that is both nurturing and soothing. We will hold poses for 3-5 minutes to ensure a deep stretch and increase flexibility

 

Flow Yoga
Release tension and feel more alive through movement. Encourage the body to free itself of the mind's work in this flowing yoga class. Good for folks with previous yoga experience; all levels welcome.

 

Strength Yoga
For the person who is looking to build muscle tone, this class emphasizes postures that develop strength. Every skill level will feel the burn.

 

 

Deep Stretching
Get more out of your workouts by creating space in the body. The passive stretching postures are held for 3-5
minutes getting a nice long deep stretch. This class is perfect for everyone!

 

Tease ‘N’ Tone
This Class is for women only! Ladies, tone your body while slithering into a sexy strip tease dance! Tone your body and learn some new moves!

 

 

Wake-up Call
Get an energy fix at the crack of dawn! Class includes energizing the body with self-acupressure, Pilates toning, theraband strengthening, and yoga stretching. A full 45 min to wake you up!

 

Cardio Kickboxing
Taking group exercise to a new level, Non-stop kicking and punching keeping your heart rate up and working muscles you have never worked before. 45 min of butt kicking!

Choose from a variety of our group classes. We offer everything from yoga to boot camps. You have the option to choose from 2 classes per week to unlimited monthly classes.

Purchase a group class membership that is good for any three classes per week are only $52.00* per month, that’s only $4.33 per class.
